Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the 9Gaze mobile application (the "Service") operated by SeeVision, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Content

Our Service allows you to take photos and potentially record protected health information (PHI). Our Service also allows you to save images and potential PHI to your phone or e-mail the information. You, the user, are solely responsible for the protection of the PHI. It is suggested that you obtain permission to obtain PHI. If you choose to save the information to your phone, it is highly suggested that you encrypt your phone. It is also highly suggested that you turn off iCloud back-up, as this is not complaint with the Health Insurance Portability and Accessibility Act (HIPAA). If you email the content, use HIPAA-compliant email. It is the responsibility of the user to protect the PHI you obtain. We are not responsible for your use of the information you obtain. Please also be aware that no internet or cellular transmission is completely secure. Please be wary before transmitting PHI.

 

This app is not a medical device. Do not use images to diagnose, treat, or cure any individual.

 

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
